BLACK BELT TAW KWON DO
 CHAMPION TO PLAY LITTLE PEOPLE'S

Timothy Colanta, 7, of Canton, MA, started swinging a golf club before he could walk, by leaning against the sofa.  In the past two years, he has played many tournaments, and won the 2003 Bill Flynn Junior Open in Windham, NH, the Bridgewater Junior Open 8-9 in Bridgewater, MA, the Rockland Junior Open 6 and under in Rockland, MA, and was second in the US Kids State Championships 7 and under in Stow, MA

Timothy is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and in 2003 won the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut State Championships for his age and belt.  He also went to the Junior Olympics in Orlando, FL.

Timothy likes to play the piano and violin, takes lessons every week and tries to practice 15 minutes every day, but "sometimes I have to make sure I finish my homework first".

He will be playing his first Pepsi Little People's in 2004.
